Lead Generation Specialist

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of SaaS services, including SEO audits, backlink strategies, and content writing solutions.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools for prospecting.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.

  • Generate qualified leads by initiating contact, understanding client needs, and pitching relevant solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and maintaining a professional rapport.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach strategies and messaging for specific client segments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, or consultations with senior sales team members.
  • Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and client needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless client experience.
