About RaeCRM

RaeCRM can manage claims and invoices associated with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). It is designed for NDIS participants, support coordinators, and registered NDIS service providers.

In under 1.5 years, Space-O improved the efficiency and performance of RaeCRM and majorly fixed the bugs and errors in the system. We helped RaeCRM become more precise, self-reliant, and automated through software upgradation and modernization services—improving the user experience and enhancing the fund management process.

Client’s Requirements

The client approached us for software maintenance, resolving bugs and performance issues, and platform modernization. They also desired a system with a quicker response rate that could aid in enhanced efficiency.

As a result, effective front-end and back-end maintenance was required to enhance the efficiency of the software. The client also wanted to build additional functionalities to automate fund management tasks on the platform.
