AI Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, data engineering, and product development. The ideal candidate will drive the development of intelligent, scalable, and ethical AI solutions while leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in LLMs, machine learning, and data engineering.
  

• Knowledge of transformer architectures and deep learning models like CNNs and RNNs.
  
• Strong in Python and JavaScript; familiarity with C++ and Java is a plus.
  
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras for AI model development.
  
• Proficient in building scalable data pipelines and performing data preprocessing.
  
• Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for scalable deployments.
  
• Understanding of CI/CD practices for automating AI workflows.
  
• Awareness of AI ethics, including bias mitigation and fairness principles.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to new technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs for tasks like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  

• Build and deploy machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  
• Create scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark, Hadoop, and SQL.
  
• Conduct data preprocessing, including cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
  
• Leverage agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen to design advanced AI workflows.
  
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and implement CI/CD practices.
  
• Develop generative models like GANs for synthetic data generation and analysis.
  
• Ensure ethical AI design by mitigating bias and promoting fairness.
  
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI systems for performance and scalability.
