Lead Generation Specialist
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of SaaS services, including SEO audits, backlink strategies, and content writing solutions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools for prospecting.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Generate qualified leads by initiating contact, understanding client needs, and pitching relevant solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and maintaining a professional rapport.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach strategies and messaging for specific client segments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, or consultations with senior sales team members.
- Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and client needs.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Regularly report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and insights to inform strategic decisions.
